Over the next 20 months, the Black African and Caribbean Entrepreneurship Leadership (BACEL) Training Program will meet the training and skill development needs of Black business owners across Canada. The goal of this program is to close the skills gap and strengthen the Black entrepreneur community, while addressing intersectional needs.

Tomorrow’s Success Starts Today

These programs are intended to help Black entrepreneurs overcome systemic barriers and challenges to business success. In addition to building confidence and a growth mindset, BACEL will provide financial management, business planning, and essential communication skills (pitching, negotiating, networking) training.
